Stuck spark plug

Hi. My ds3 D style plus 1.6 drew up a engine fault I got it checked and was Miss firing on a cylinder so I went to get new spark plugs but one is stuck as the bolt cannot be removed any advise and what will happen if the bolt cannot be removed
