Vanos solenoid

Alright guys I still have a rattle on my car it's had a brand new chain yesterday and timed perfect and it's still there 😒😒 but if I unplug the vanos it disappears and no rattle and it's also a new vanos and also my turbo don't kick in till like 4 and half thousand rmp any ideas
