Hello everyone.
I’m looking to replace my tyres soon. I have 205 width at the moment on 7 x 17” Aphrodite alloys and was looking to go wider to help minimise any kerb damage. I know that 215 width will fit with no issues but was wondering if anyone had fitted 225 width tyres, and if so, have there been any issues with rubbing, etc. I’ve checked the tyre charts and 225 is the maximum width you can fit on a 7”wide rim.
