Climate/fan controls worn

Hi, I am considering coming back to DS3 ownership and am currently looking at a few nice examples. I have noticed that most seem to suffer from wear on the fan and temp control buttons though, even those with quite low milage?

So my question is how easy/expensive is it to replace these buttons?
