Hi all, just bought a 2011 ds3 racing, drove it yesterday with a stupid grin on my face, no issues. Started her up this morning and engine fault light came on with the service light. Not driven her yet as was just clearing screens due to morning frost. Have noticed that the fan seems to to kick in very quickly and engine gets up to just over mid way on the temp gauge much faster than my ds3 sport (63 plate) . Fan stays on for around 5 minutes after turning off the engine.
Limited service history so am not sure if this a timing chain or tension issue as was serviced about 5 months ago by the seller (private trader).
As was bought from trader that's well over 100 miles away and was driven to me for delivery with no issues, am unable to get it back to them for a check under warranty....
Looking for ideas please!!
