wat a time for heated rear screen to stop working

went out this morning and put rear screen on and only the top 3 rails worked!!!!!

never really noticed this before so must have only happened the last few days...

to say im pissed is an understatement,

took it in and they giving me a DS5 hybrid for the a long weekend this weekend while they sort it...
