Rear tailgate change

Hi, I’ve got a 2010 black/white edition. My Tailgate has the small brake light but I’ve also got a tailgate with the longer brake light and the spoiler that it’s attached to. Would it work if I swapped the tailgates over to the spoiler one? As in will it fit?

thanks, hopefully yes to the question, but don’t want to waste my time removing something if it won’t work anyway.
