  • Wind whistle passenger window

Only a few niggle I have had with my Black style (Saxo VTS was full of noises the C2 slightly better) the passenger window rubber (window strip between main door window and pane you see the wing mirrirs through) needed replaced to stop whistle at speed. Relaced under warranty after about 5 rubbers sent but all were worse shape than one on the car. Finally got one supplied right shape and now its fitted no more wind whistle.

Do not know if this is typical fault.

Other annoying noise is glove box door rattle, fixed with bump strip stuck down right side.

I hate wee noises drive me daft till I trace and fix them! Saxo I owned took me ages to resolve.

Check the trim around the interior mirror, normally the main culprit

I have a similar whistle from the same size. My mate was in the car one day and noticed it, he then pushed part of the seal around the smaller window and it seemed to stop the noise. The seal moves every now and then, but all I do is push it a little inwards when it happens, and no more whistle

It's not necessarily the exact same spot, but it definitely comes from that seal.
