Bubbling Bellones

Hey guys. Hope you're all well and enjoying the festive period.

Noticed today when cleaning my wheels that one of my Bellones are bubbled. Could it be corrosion? Just want a few opinions to see if I should claim under warranty.

(Noticed bubbling is a common theme with mine as my paint has bubbled on the driver door and one has burst leaving a large bit of exposed metal )
