mixing flap motor/ air distributing flap motor how do they work ?

Does any body know how these motors work ?

I would like to be able to set maximum heat for mixing flap when car is left behind locked and all. This is to get max heat if I decide to turn on Webasto water heater, then I do not need to set clima to max heat before I leve the car.

I have the wirediagram but I am not able to understand the drawing.
