seatbelt pre tensioners deployed

I was in a low speed collision my seatbelt pre tensioners deployed but the airbags never deployed with diagbox it says the ecu for the airbags a d seatbelt pre tensioners is not locked so does that mean the ecu is ok to use and it is just a matter of buying the seatbelt pre tensioners
