Random message on screen

Hey folks

Tonight I drove through a big puddle and a message about ‘Eco mode activated’ turned on after my service light flashed. This seems random as I never turn my eco mode off and worried incase it’s a problem caused a couple of weeks back when I was driving to work in severe weather and the back roads I was on were flooded and my engine/service lights and messages were popping up. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Thanks in advance
