Do these voltages look ok?

Daughters car alternator is only outputting 11.5v - checking the wiring as this is the 2nd alternator to fail in the last 12 months - could be just bad luck, but not sure!

I’ve looked at the 5 pin connector that goes into the alternator and these are the readings I get - do these seem ok? I was expecting 12v across all 5 pins...

Alternator output 11.4v at idle


B+ D D LIN GND
12v 3v 12v 8v 12v

Cable colours...
B+= Blue
D = White
D = Red
LIN = Green
GND = White
