Urea light flashing plus service light on.

Good Evening fellow DS3 drivers.

I have a flashing urea light and a service light glowing on my dashboard. Then I get a beep and a message saying 700 miles before engine shutdown. Any you guys got any ideas. I have a DS3 HDI blue sport.
