Hi all,
Got a 2010 155thp and I’m in the process of carrying out some essential jobs like timing chain etc and about to take it down to Jamie in Leicester for the walnut blast (long overdue!).
Once done, the timing belt, water pump and thermostat (whilst it’s in bits!) will be replaced back up here in Manchester but I’m also thinking of replacing the pcv valve whilst work is being done as I have the telltale oil residue on the cover and feel it wouldn’t do any harm to carry the work out alongside everything else. My question is.......if it is a stand alone piece, where exactly is the pcv or am I right in thinking that it is part of the rocker cover itself and would need to replace the whole thing? Also if I order the new cover, would the pcv automatically be included as part of the cover? Info online seems to be quite vague.....
Any help would be appreciated before I plough on with the work!
TIA
