DRL’s not working need help

Hi I’ve installed the DRL’s on my ds3 as mine didn’t have them in it when I bought it as the model is a 1.4.. I’ve plugged the lexia 3 in and turned the DRL’s on in the settings but there still not working.. am I supposed to get a option in the menu through the car radio to be able to turn them off or on? I’ve read there should be a option but when I’ve turned them on with the lexia 3 I don’t get any option in the car radio menu.. am I doing something wrong?

any help is really appreciated as I want them working
