  • Minor damage = expensive repair

A couple of weeks in and I'm going through a snag list, mostly cleaning but a couple of minor cosmetic repairs. So I thought I'd get a quote from Revive...don't think I'll be doing it any time soon.

£135 for the bumper and £90 for the wheel plus vat gives a total of £270

Is that a quote for a repair or replacement? xD

Think about something like this http://www.rearguards.co.uk/index.ph...o6w74a792n9122 for the rear bumper. Not necessarily that one that's just one found real quick for an example. There was a thread about them in general not to long ago.

It`s like a little smile on your bumper covering up all the scratches!

I`ll check......RGM on Amazon, think the price has increased a little, but cheaper than a new bumper!

Yeah,it`s pretty tricky lining up especially when you have the adhesive tape exposed, but the alcohol wipes supplied, clean up the bumper surface really well for fitting.

I think the bumper guard looks really smart. I fitted the same one to mine last year and it seems to finish it off nicely.

The bumper protector seems to be gaining in popularity!

I think so. Hubby is even looking for one for his Volvo now!
