Hi Fi System Central Speaker

I've just got an aftermarket head unit to replace the stock. I was wondering, is it possible to buy this? What's the part number? (currently just a cover where it could be) What options do I possibly have? I've not clipped out the current thing that is in it's place to see (empty space perhaps?)



The new unit has made a huge difference to the current speakers, which are now unrecognizable. The stock head unit caps them far too much. My next port of call is the central speaker then get someone to sort out car dampening.
