I don't have the full details as it wasn't me who spotted it, I was told by someone in work.
A white DS3 (don't know what version) on the M6 (northbound i think judging by what they said) at the junction for the M6 Toll, stopped in the hatching at the junction, presumably had missed the exit, and they spun round to face oncoming traffic.
