  • Done some proper cleaning

After reading the Racoons excellent guide I invested in some cleaning kit and set about giving the wee rocket a clean.
Use some dirt shifter stuff, then snow foam (was more like drizzle though) then shampoo and conditioner. Dried with large micro thing towels (3 for 2 in wiko) and finally some wax.

Inside I hooverd up more dog hair than a dog has hairs, cleaned then balmed the leather and finally some Demon plastic cleaner stuff that has turned the plastic grey .

Took most of the day and now the car is covered in a light dust from this breeze. The best thing to come out of this is knowing I won't have to go near the bucket for 11 weeks.

I didn't take any sorry, by the time id finished I had a brew on the drive with my hound then took him out. After the pre-rinse then shampoo I noticed some swirls ive never seen before, using a pad applicator for the wax was sooo much easier as well. A lot of crap came off the leather, used a pad to apply the balm as well. Halfords have 3 for 2 on all car cleaning stuff at the mo and as a bonus the bloke didn't charge me for the wax or balm as id waited in the queue for a while.
