Interesting cleaning mistake.

Cleaned the car today but made a mistake. I thought my pressure washer bottle was half full of traffic film remover so topped it up with the same. Turns out it was half full of wash and wax!
Decided to use the mix anyway. The wash and wax foamed up and seemed to help the traffic film remover stay on longer.

All I know is that the end result seemed better than normal!

In all honesty, not as bad as it could have been. Autoglym actually see no problem in applying their bodywork conditioning shampoo via a foam bottle and I have actually (intentionally) mixed Demon Foam with Demon RDS as an experiment and was impressed with the results.

Just be thankful it wasn't driveway cleaner or something a touch more damaging than wash and wax that was initially in there.

You may have inadvertently given Wayne at PM a new idea to speak to their chemists about

I have a separate spray bottle for cleaning patios etc. so will never get anything but car products on the car.
Next experiment - try all products at once for a one stage clean and polish?
