Having closely monitored Mr Raccoon (not as stalky as it sounds) on here for a few weeks after becoming a member, and learning about 43 times more about car cleaning than is strictly necessary, I wanted to knock up an easy to follow checklist of steps to go through while doing the type of full detail that Andy does in his spare 15 minutes between posting on this forum. While doing it, I noticed that there were optional steps, necessary steps, and steps which are above and beyond what normal people do ![Smile](https://forum.ds3club.co.uk/core/images/smilies/smile.png)
Now before the avalanche of 'I don't do that there...', 'Don't use that, use this...', and 'Bollocks!!!', replies - this is simply a GUIDE, obviously we can all do things in different ways, but for me, these are the 3 levels of cleaning I can use to keep Mrs V's car in tip-top condition. I reckon Quick Clean should take you about 30-60 minutes, Good Clean a 2-3 hours, and Full decontamination, maybe over half a day...
So, with acknowledgement to Andy's expert and hugely appreciated help, here it is...
