  • Removing paint spots from car

Painted the house the other day with a brush and a roller; 2-3 coats worth around the car ports and side of the house.
Before started I moved my DS3 away from the house, as you do. So the car was parked on the road across the drive. So there was a good distance (or so I thought) between the surfaces being painted and the car.
Sadly, the whole car has somehow become littered in white paint spots :-(

I can't seem to upload photos... if I manage to upload them they'll be in the next post.

To try and remove them I've:
    1. Rinsed the car (recently washed) with a mf-sponge
    2. Dried with Large mf-towel
    3. Rubbed the whole car with the G3 Clay mitt & Maguire’s Ultimate quick detailer
    4. full rinse with the hose
    5. Maguire’s ultimate compound on the remaining damage
    6. Applied Armour all shield wax.

    And... Ta-daa
The paint spots have been removed leaving behind a shiny car... (Needs pictures I know...)

Not sure if this was the best method but at least it worked :-)

Many congratulations. Any method that is safe and works is the correct method.
I would have advised a wash, clay mitt then UC for any remaining spots so well done Madman0
