Not my car so I'd rather get it right first timeMine was lucky as I park under a different tree so I didn't have any gluey spots.

Often a Tar & Glue remover such as ObliTARate will remove organic contaminates, however if a tar and glue remover does not a clay bare will. Heres some links to the products you'll need:
ObliTARate: http://shop.autofinesse.co.uk/oblitarate-500ml
Clay Bar: http://shop.autofinesse.co.uk/clay-bar
I hope this helps,

So I finally got round the tackling the glue on the Susuki...
I started off by cleaning the area, freeing any dust etc. Then applied a couple of drops of AutoFinese ObliTARate and isolated the formula to just the glue by using a micro-fibre cloth. Left to work for about 30sec-1min and then used another micro-fibre cloth rubbing in circles over the applied area. The glue started to disappear.
I found that I needed to tab the micro-fibre cloth with the ObliTARate formula, and apply it in a circular motion on the glue for a second time to remove it completely. Didn't get round to trying the clay bar but knowing our car park - won't be long.
