Someone had clearly hit the side of it and not bothered to stick about and inform me about

    Gutted is a under statement

    That's really unfortunate

People that do that deserve to be hung by their genitals

    Hope you get it sorted

I found the same thing on mine yesterday when I cleaned her - clearly someone's door had hit the rear panel causing a vertical dent about 8 inches long to the right of my passenger door and leaving behind some grey paint. The paint and scuff marks came off using some Megs scratch remover and polishing up with some Sonax BSD - but the dent is still there.
      :O( Not a happy bunny

I had this issue a month or two back, two horizontal dents about 8 inches long and scratch. I called the local bodyshop that the Citroen dealer uses and they fixed the dents and resprayed for £100, was gutted I had to pay it but was pleased the car is now repaired as it was really bugging me

Was talking to our local paintless dent repair place today and they can't fix it as its double skinned [emoji20] so body shop it is

^ That was my thinking by asking the local Citroen dealer who they use, they recommended the Company and I'm really pleased with the results. Apparently all their forecourt trade-ins that they intend to sell go there and I think they said the occasional new delivery that arrives with damage.
