I cant say I have seen anything like that but I have tried a few great cleaning products supplied by a great friend to myself and the club http://www.cleanyourride.uk/ head over there and see if he has any samples that might help you
Think I've seen this sort of thing on mine, when it rains and the door/s are open and the rain hits the interior trim, produces milky white patches where the rain hits. On mines goes away when dried though.
You will need a high concentrate of APC, scrubbed into the plastic and left to dry. Then something like a sample of CSP Prestige Interior Dressing will bring it back to life.
As with all dressings, apply to cloth then wipe cloth onto the area.
