As above anyone got one? are they any good or should i pay more? its come in at �52 delivered but with no patio cleaner attachment.

I've had the Nilfisk C120 for 3 years now and it's been great. I think the C110 is slightly less powerful but should do the job for �50.

I've got one cost me a little more bargain , you will need a proper foam bottle unless you already have one.
