Put a spider in the catch the fly, then put a cat in to catch the spider.

Well it got in there, so it must be a way out.

Have you taken the light out to have a look? It's really easy to do, inside the boot there is a long plastic screw that holds it in place.

          Portal Gun?

Pop the light off and use a hoover hose over the access holes or try using compressed air.

Yes, I've taken the light off and all the bulbs out, it's in the lowest white section which I can't get too nor can get anything inside it

With the light out of the car and on a soft towel (to protect it) can't you get a long thin implement and attach sticky tape securely to the end and then try and touch it to the bug to remove it ? If not the compressed air with maybe a flexible hose piece to direct the blast might work.

Took the light off and all bulbs out this evening and gave a really good shake for a few minutes, it's now disappeared and can't see it anywhere so very happy. Now to get other issues resolved.

You need to jet wash the light unit out and then dry it out I had the same problem and this worked for me 👍
