I am positive I read in some official information that the matt finish must NOT be polished.

Makes sense, why would you want a matt finish to be shiny?

Hahaha. Yes indeed SfG!! Although, on reflection, I probably wouldn'tve either.

I have my racing sprayed in Matte color. I'm not sure if Citroen paint is any different, it should be the same principal for all matte colors...

Polish is a no-no, as theres no way to polish it, so paint corrections are a tad more expensive/complicated...

I do wash it by hand only so no car wash for me, I can confirm that the matte is more durable to fine scratches than glossy is! My wheels glossy part has some fine scratches, while the matte part is still as good as new

But I do really care about it, I only use Sonax products to wash it, and the last six months it was sealed with Sonax PremiumClass Nano Paint, now I'm trying Carbon Collective Platinum Paint so will report how that goes.

                Cheers

It's probably just standard matte paint (ACTUALLY, is it a vinyl wrap????)

There are companies that do specific matte paint shampoo etc. You'll be fine with a PH neutral snow foam, I reckon.

Chemical guys do some good matte stuff I've heard. You should be able to wax matte paint / seal matte paint too.
