  • Bloody flies

Been out for a nice drive in the Yorkshire Dales today and I must have hit a number of green fly swarms as the front of the car is now caked in dead flies. I had a similar problem last week and I noticed that simply washing the car didn't seem to get rid of all the marks.

So any advice on the best way to get that pristine finish back again after being dive bombed by these blighters?

Autoglym Active Insect Remover is pretty good. T-Cut's much too harsh for fly marks - if they persist, try using a clay bar.

Buy yourself a E cloth (Window) 1 cleaning cloth, 1 buffing cloth, fantastic for getting flies off the windscreen and front end, with no effort needed, just water. Believe me you will not use anything else again.... around £8 for both cloths..
