Hi all,

Someone has hit the rear of my DS3 with their bag/handbag and managed to leave a scuff along the side of the rear light and on to the paint work.

Whats the best way to remove the scuff from both the paint and the side of the rear light?

Tcut but people think it's to harsh but does the job. Just wash after and wax the car for extra protection against marks

Tcut or Megs deep crystal step 1, then Autoglym Super Resin Polish, then a decent wax to seal

Is it a scuff or a full on scratch? If it's a scuff them you could try claybar to get it out. It works wonders and seems to remove scuffs and tar spots no probs..Just make sure that you use Rapid detailer with it and warm the clay bar in your hands first....Oh yeah and don't drop the claybar!!

That's where I'd start. If that doesn't work, I'd then try Scratch-X. Only if that doesn't work would I consider T-Cut - basically, start with the least abrasive & work up from there.

I took mine back to Citroen as someone attacked mine with a trolley or bag in asda carpark and they sorted it for me free... well I did flutter eyelashes. and they are fab up there!
