Petewete is spot on. A reasonable person would interpret this as an offer to sell all 4 wheels for £250.

The listing clearly states

"citroen ds3 17" alloy wheels x 4 full set"

and

"there are 4 wheels"

Nothing about "you are bidding for one", which is the usual form of words used by eBay sellers in such cases.

I'm tempted to do a B-I-N and sue the barsteward for all 4.

Definitely a breach of eBay listing rules.
