  • taking new car to car wash?

I'm thinking of buying a new DS3. Live in a flat, no access to water so can't clean my own car. I'd have to rely on local car washes or do a supermarket jet wash. This is going to have to be about once a week, due to pigeon cr*p which is a huge problem where I live. And those berries that fall from trees too
Is this going to be a problem with the paintwork and alloys?

Take It To A Local Hand Wash,

Make Sure They use Wash Mitts And Not Sponges !!!

Or Use The Supermarket Pressure Washer ?

I have the same problem - luckily my parents aren't too far away so I can get there to clean her.

I'd never take her through a car wash though, like Zack said - take it to a good handwashplace, that's always my 2nd option.

I have washed my car 5 or 6 times in the jet wash since I have, so far no problems...

No....................it'll be swirled to high heaven if you let anyone touch it, but I'm obsessive....

Optimum No Rinse - one bucket - that's it - superb product, but you do need to know how to use it properly.

              Take a look on www.detailingworld.co.uk

Nothing like a good hand job in my opinion.
