A lot of dirt acculuating on rear body seam

Hi ; am i the only one getting accumulation of dirt , over and over , around the body seam above the rear wheel arch?
Will mud flaps cure it? Has anyone thought of sealing the gap , as it's dirty water finding its way up into each seam, and out from underneath, I think

Best to just clean it well when you wash the car. If you try and seal it up all you will do is trap moisture in there because no mater how hard you try water will find a way in.
