Has anyone come up with an easy method of cleaning the inner side of Bellone wheels short of taking the wheels off or sending a really skinny kid under the car with a rag?

The above would, but this is very similar and a lot less:

(caution in both cases (this one or the one in the link above) that the end cap doesn't come off, I emphasise this on the 'back to basics' detailing training I do, as it could scratch the wheel if it does).

Take a look on AB's webiste.

I got the Meguiar's wheel brush but it's crap. I know it's designed to be safe on the wheels but it's way too soft and doesn't shift any dirt at all. Just don't go for that one!

Umm, I'd be cautious, as a loo brush is highly likely to scratch the paint - remember the bellones have quite a sensitive surface....

I bought a Simoniz Micro Fibre wheel brush from Tesco last month (green). Nice and soft and no tip to fall off. Regular cleaning, protection should mean the wheels wont need to be scrubbed too hard if your also using a good wheel cleaning product. Just use a MF/wool mit on the face of the wheels though. Seems to work well so far. I have washed the car 3 times in 2 weeks though! Keep getting interrupted by rain before I can get the polish and sealant on but I will keep trying to get it done (today again lol)Last edited by Heaton; 20-07-2012, 08:27.

The thing to do is to ride up onto a kerb so that your DS3 sits higher than normal, then it's an easy reach to do the inside rim of the wheels. Do this all the time with my car....I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!
