    Hi all,

I was silly enough to spill a thick milkshake down the inside of my windows! I've cleaned the glass with AG Fastglass, but as the window opens and closes, there are smears re-emerging on the glass, I'm guessing the rubbers are now dirty.

What advice would you offer to clean the window/rubber, or is it a case of removing the door card?

    Thanks in advance

If you cant get the rubber cleaned off like it is then I'm afraid you will have to take it apart.

The trim on the door should just pop off, try to prise to very carefully and lift it off which will allow you the chance to clean and dry the seal.

The door trim will be held on by a number of screws in addition to clips. There some screws visible around the edges, there may well be more under, for example the trim around the door handle & the window control panel - basically, if it's removable it could possibly hide a screw.
