      At a squeeze yes.

Had a mooch around and changed my mind to pick this one instead. Slightly bigger, a lot brighter and an even bigger money saving. Reserved to collect from Ashton-U-Lyne tomorrow

Highly recommend Led lenser torches. Had one for work found it very bright, and robust enough that it still worked after being dropped off the top of the helicopter more that once, that is about 12 feet.

The L5 looks a great little torch with an £18 saving over RRP. My thoughts are it would be perfect for spotting swirls or 50/50s quickly and easily all from a single AA battery.

Yes certainly looks good Andy, without the need to get my lights out too, for a 'quick' check of paintwork, looks the business like you say. Also very handy for me for my other hobby - ability to check the koi quickly with a direct beam of light, even through the window of the pond so I can check sides/undersides of the ladies....

                  Regards,
                  Clive.

Oh, none of my local stores have it and it can't be ordered. No worries I'll stick with my mag lite....

They better be good now after my recommend.

Description of product looks impressive though:

The LED Lenser L5 Lightweight Torch from LED Lenser - one of the world's leading torch brands, renowned for it state-of-the-art German engineering. Part of the LED Lenser Lightweight Series of torches, the L5 features a polycarbonate housing. Polycarbonate weighs only half as much as aluminium and has the great property of being temperature resistant from +175°C to -175°C. Add to this its shock and shatter-proof benefits and its no wonder that aircraft cockpit windows are also made from this material. Thanks to polycarbonate the torch housings on this series are lighter, weather proof and extremely robust - making them the ideal choice on adventures where weight and temperature maybe an issue. The L5 weighs only 112g yet outputs an impressive 85 lumens of light. Take the L5 with you on short trips and you'll be prepared for any eventuality.

Seems like a steal for a tenner?
