  • SurfexHD Sufferers

Right, now to try and get people on side who have been struggling with SurfexHD. No 2BM bucket wash today.

Today I have used 1800ml of water

    With 180ml of SurfexHD

    Poured into Hozelock pressure sprayer

Pumped 50 times to build up pressure

And this is what it was going to be sprayed onto

    Now being sprayed on

Left to dwell for 5 minutes then pressure washed off with this

    To leave this

Used a clean mf cloth on front wing

To show how much dirt wasn't on the wing after being rinsed off

Car, whilst wet, had a light spraying of BSD then buffed off to leave this

This shows how clean the drying/buffing towel has remained

End result less than 30 minutes later after starting

SurfexHD is so easy to use and an extremely effective, pre-rinse clean.

    Andy

I'll give it one more try.
It may be your car has a much waxier surface to start with.

That may be the case JB. The car/s may be too slick for the dirt to adhere to therefore easier for me to remove.
          You'd better get waxing.

            Well, I've taken the leap!

I already have the little sprayer from Halfords for £4.50 but today I have just bought a Nilfisk C110 4-5 for £58 and a hosepipe and 5l of surfex HD.....

            Other half is so pleased.....

Ouch. For £55, I would have expected them to have dressed the black plastic trim under the front valance properly like they have done at the rear.

What was the wax you used at the weekend? The beading should not already be dying after only 3-4 days.
