    afternoon everyone,

Last time I cleaned the car I noticed some marks on the chrome and wondered if there was anything in particular people used to keep the chrome looking good?

Doesn't look like damage just a kind of pitting on the chrome.

pitting might not be the best choice of words but on the trim on the side mostly

If it looks like a grey looking rust (not actual rust) just get a bit of T-cut or similar product on it.

Ok the baguettes on the doors or the mirrors ? I think they're plastic aren't they, if so I'd use Bug&Tar remover initially, I also think Auto Glym SRP can dissolve small marks like those....

could also be a build up of water staining over a period of time. usually some type of car polish (not sealant/wax) should shift it.
