And for a third product can I recommend if you don't have it, Autoglym Super Resin Polish (AG SRP) or the Meguiars Endurance Tyre Gel (best applied by a "cut to shape" 50p car sponge)

Nice one. Can I ask you KEM to get a sandwich type plastic bag, insert your hand into the bag and then rub your hand (and bag) over the paintwork prior to using the mitt. You will feel it wont be slick and will be "grabby".
Then use mitt in same area and use bag test again. Notice the difference. This will prove that the mitt has done its job and decontaminated the paintwork.

That's what I'm here for lol. Don't rip open the bag/packaging it comes in.


The decontaminate with the mitt is only a bi-annual process. After use, rinse with clean water, allow to dry naturally then when fully dry, put back into the bag it came in to ensure the clay part of mitt does not get dirty whilst being stored until next use.

Stopped off on my way home and got some more goodies :-)

I used the clay mitt at the weekend and it amazing how much cleaner my car is. Sealed with sonax not and beading nicely

I went today as well, call me stupid but after reading a lot of reviews i bought some Autoglym HD wax........yea i know its expensive but seemed to be worth the money and after using it today....WOW it is brilliant. As i said its a fairly hefty outlay but the pot will last me years as you hardly use any at all and the results are superb and very easy to use. Oh and i also got the Farecla mit and the G3 detox shampoo but to be honest i dont think it took of as much of the old polis
h, wax etc as i hoped it would, maybe just me not using correctly which is a distinct possibility
