Cheers guys am sure with more practice the results will be even better come time. I really didnt need to use the scrubber on it but wanted to see just how well it came up and i was shocked.

Chris this was the megs microfiber combo as recommended by andy from cyc. Not the cheapest bit of kit at £185 but worth every penny imo

                A new DAS6 polisher £78.95

A new DAS6 Pro polisher (the one to get) £114.95

Marks was more expensive as it was the Megs MF kit with everything needed to start off with.

Did you need a practice run though- or was it just a confidence boost
You think you could have gone straight to a panel on your car, and got a good result?

^ Agreed- Ive seen a few vids and they make it look so easy
Half dozen drops of polish- then wander the machine back and forth couple times- buff off

                          So it seems

I once used a rotary polisher i got a shot of from a pal to try and get some scratches out the bonnet on a car i used to have all was well until i look at it in the sun and noticed that the hole bonnet was just one big hologram. The dual action is far more safer to use
