  • Rabidracoon28 Gummi Pflege product test

This stuff is really cheap and is really long lasting.

Bottle has a sponge top applicator like a shoe polish. Ideal for blackening up the, notoriously hard to blacken up, DS3 window rubbers. Can also be used on rubber door seals.

Sponge onto rubber, leave for a minute or so then buff with mf cloth.

Also applied to the door rubbers just before winter stops the doors from sticking in the icy conditions.

Be aware Andy, that this stuff is for internal rubber applications only.

I have had no problems using it on outside window rubbers for past 2 years or so now Chris😉

Had a looks at Einszetts site myself Gaz and you are quite correct. They quote:

"Because its water based and contains no solvents of any kind Gummi Pflege is safe to use both inside the car as well as outside, helping to keep trims, seals and surfaces in showroom condition".

OK guys..Fine. You can use it for whatever you want......... but it wasnt designed to be used externally (its for door rubbers - Internal) and it can run off very quickly when it rains..Ive seen it
Its fine to go to a Show and Shine Meet with, but for eveyday applications in all weathers..its a big NO for me
I will stick to dedicated external trim products, not this.
