I have the exact same one and can highly recommend it. The supplied white foam bottle is just as good a snow foam applicator as my dedicated snow foam lance which cost me £50

Does it have the hose to suck up shampoo & mix with the water as it comes out??

No it doesn't but it does have the foam bottle attachment which does the same

Got the exact same one and I recommend had it a good 2 maybe 3 years cleaned the patio, car, drive and it's not been looked after has seen better days but just keeps on going best £80 at the time I spent and has even out lasted my sisters karcher brought at the same time!!
