  • Paint chip or flake?

Washed the car off the infernal sand today and noticed this, do you think it is a chip from a stone or evidence of the paint flaking?

Looks like a chip to my untrained eye Phil.

          Thanks Chris

Everyone else, is it worth getting sorted as I also have one on the roof right on the edge near a door seal (I have touched that one up though)

I had a couple on my bonnet a one on my wing. I filled them using touchup paint then smoothed them flat using 3000 grit sandpaper. You would need to use cutting compound afterwards to get the shine back tho

Yea mate it sure is. Heart in mouth moment when you look at the paint after you have sanded. But when you polish it you wouldn't even know

I'd go for chip and I would either get one of those paint repair kits or a touch up pen from Citroen mate
