Refusing to do mine too. Does anyone know how much you get charged for this hole when car goes back to Citroen? Andy ADI?
Also anyone know a company who might repair said hole, it's 2-3 inch diameter, York area?

I'm on my second DS3 and both have holes in the carpet, they seem to go about 18-20k.

First car went back to Citroen via Manheim Auctions after lease with no issue over carpet. Or maybe he just didn't see it but did spend about 30 mins going over car.

Won't they just class it as wear and tear? I can see mine going a little bit; I might just put some black duct tape over it.

Citroen driver's footwells are always small and usually have the pedals a little too close together :-/
