wait time on new bellones?

my wheels are corroding, and has been agreed by my local dealer that they will be replaced on warranty, however they keep telling me they are on backorder, they saw the alloys mid June.

does this sound right?

That seems a bit long to me but others on here will be able to give you a better answer as some have had Bellones replaced

There was been some issue with the supply of alloy wheels at present on DS3 so I'm not that surprised. Also I believe the dealer is just managing your expectations as well to avoid you getting your hopes up too early.

You should budget about 6 weeks to be safe.

If they are the Black Bellones I have a status update for you. Arrival with Citroen UK - 'Supplier Delv Est: 06.08.2014' , usually give around 2 days after that and they should be with your dealer.

I would go down, and ask any way, but don't mention the kerbing, just point out the corrosion

Cyclops is right, mine are being replaced a month before the warranty is up, some kerbing but definitely corroding

Did you get new tyres aswell or just alloys?

just alloys, but my tyres still have 4-5 mm left
