electric window drivers side

About 3 weeks ago. I added a denison gateway bt pro to the radio system since then I've noticed a few odd goings on with drivers side window on one occasion I pressed window switch down and window went down. But only half way pressed down again and window went up a bit then would not work so in hand book for dension gate way it does say if there are any odd goings on remove dension product and consult dealer . So this is what I did . The dealer checked car on diagnosis. And found no faults That was about 2weeks ago but still every now and then it plays up . Yesterday the window stoped working all together done a few resets on car and window works 1 or 2 times then stops working again do another reset and again works once or twice then stops working .
Anyone got any ideas what might be wrong I'm a bit confused about it

but all ready done this procedure the only problem I have now is windows fully up and won't work at all tried doing a reset several times by disconecting battery works once down and then back up again and then it don't work at all

Sounds like something is jamming or holding onto the window and thus the window won't move again. Mine stopped going down past half way last year the issue was a cable had come loose and had to get the dealer to look at it.

You may have a faulty power window mechanism. My driver's side mechanism was replaced entirely under warranty (although the symptom was noise coming from the mechanism). According to the dealer the stock mechanism is poorly lubricated so it gets rust and then eventually gets stuck.

All sorted now did a Bsi reset now window works fine
