Sorry for the late reply.
The price was £199, I asked how much it would be if I didn't have certain things changed like air and oil filter but as the 199 is a Citroen deal it would mean they would need to subtract parts and labour from the original price of £350. In the end it would have saved me £40. However for the £40 I got a spare air filter, the other parts changed plus my aircon recharged so a better deal.
Met promptly at the reception with a smile and a "good morning", some paperwork completed and signed although I feel an explanation of what I was signing for wouldn't go amiss. Asked if there were any specific issues I wanted looking at or anything I wanted the engineer made aware of.
Shown the waiting area complete with comfy chairs but no free WiFi, also lacking a copy of the Daily Telegraph to read (Mail and Express but im not interested in how immigration and house prices are depleting the ozone layer). Whilst no complementary beverages are available, a machine that vends a decent sized brew for just 30p was available. The service was prompt taking around 90 minutes from arrival.
All in all It was a pleasant experience, also they didn’t wash the car or replace my Pipecross airfilter (they left the new one in the boot as per my request).
No test drive, after my walnut blast, a can of BK44, recirc valve and new plugs the car is feeling so nice (yes the remap helps). Gave it a quick blast on a private road red lining it in the first 3 gears and the acceleration is bang on, no lag during gear changes due to the recirc valve.
