  • interior alarm sensor

    Hi,
does the ds3 cabriolet have a interior alarm sensor, and if so can it be switched off, so i can lock my dog in whilst nipping to the paper shop etc.?

    thanks

If it's the DSport it should have an alarm, you should be able to turn off the interior sensors by pressing and holding one of the buttons above the cubby hole on the lower right of the steering wheel, the icon is car shaped IIRC. Have a look in your manual, should be in there.

On the DSport and DSport Plus versions only and yes you can. The easiest way to do is to lock the car and then unlock it, wait 30 seconds for the auto lock to engage and then walk away, when the car runs the auto lock it doesn't arm the alarm.

Or alternatively you can use the dis-arm button mounted on the lower dashboard when you turn the ignition off.
