Wet floor in drivers side rear footwell

As the title says, I've got a wet floor in the drivers side rear footwell
Only just bought the car and the git never mentioned it!
Anyone else had this issue? It's a June 2012 car.

Thank you! Being as it's a June 2012 car it's still in warranty, am I right

3 years in the UK. So yes get them to take a look. Would encourage you to find out exactly when so you can get any other little niggles taken care of before it runs out.
